Bob, the founder of 3BuildGlobal has spent the last 40 years as a church planter and pastor in both Washington and California. In recent years he has been drawn to transition with 3BuildGlobal to assist leaders and missionaries, help with disaster relief and to serve the poor and marginalized in Haiti, The Middle East and Balkans.

LaDonna met Bob at Bible College in Seattle and the two got married in 1984. They raised three children while planting churches and serving both local and international ministries. LaDonna recently retired from her career in senior living to serve in a greater capacity with 3BuildGlobal.

Through 3BuildGlobal they help fund and support mission partners and teams to go serve overseas both long and short term.

Gunner, Emily, and their son Moses work throughout Asia and the Middle East. They scout out communities with great needs and minimal resources in order to find ways to bring lasting transformation.

Rick is based in Malaysia and does relief work with flood, earthquake, and hurricane victims both in Malaysia and surrounding areas such as Myanmar, Indonesia and the border of Iraq and Syria. He is a great part of the 3BuildGlobal team and does excellent work bringing humanitarian aid to those in need.

Preston and Joanne have lived and served in Asia since 2017. They have a passion to serve those that are often overlooked and under resourced in practical and spiritual ways with a hope to bring lasting change to families and communities.

Robbie Handy, the 3BuildGlobal Soccer Academy camp director holds a Premier Diploma through the United Soccer Coaches organization and has 10 years of coaching experience accumulated at the recreational, club and college levels. His playing career includes having played four seasons at CSU Stanislaus, as well as a summer in the PDL league with the California Gold. His heart is to help individuals understand how the lessons of the game apply to their lives off the field as well as understand their identity, value and worth.

Crystal and her family have supported missions and served in many countries over the past 25 years. For 10 years, she has also served as YoungLife leaders in their local community. Recently she has focused on starting and funding a ministry, including a Montessori school, in the poorest areas of Pakistan.

Elvis is our local partner at Foundation Guillaume in Haiti and helps oversee 3BuildGlobal missions, such as the micro-loan program for small business owners. Besides his role as a business coach, he is also actively involved with our building, feeding and disaster relief programs in Haiti.
